- • As a Senior Google Workspace Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital workplace of the future for enterprise clients, driving cloud strategy, collaboration, and productivity through innovative Google Workspace and AI solutions.
- • You will lead end-to-end architecture design, translate business needs into technical specifications, guide implementation teams, and spearhead change management and adoption programs for large-scale clients.
- • You will be part of a 30-person Google Digital Workplace team within Public Cloud Group AG, a growing European cloud expert with nearly 500 specialists across 21 locations, dedicated to modernizing IT landscapes securely and sustainably.
- • You will deepen your expertise in Google Workspace, generative AI (like Gemini), enterprise architecture, and strategic advisory, while advancing your leadership and technical influence at the C-level.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a senior consulting or architecture role within an enterprise environment
- • Deep expertise in the full Google Workspace Suite and hands-on experience implementing Google Gemini and other generative AI solutions for productivity gains
- • Demonstrated success in designing and managing strategic change and adoption programs for enterprise clients, including stakeholder management at management level
- • Strong knowledge of complex IT architectures, particularly in cloud security, identity and access management (IAM/Zero Trust), and networking
- • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to quickly grasp complex technical and business challenges
- • Persuasive communication and presentation skills in German and English, capable of preparing C-level appropriate materials and influencing strategic decisions
