• Senior Graphic Designer role at Pax8, shaping brand-defining creative for a leading technology marketplace.
• Deliver polished on-brand creative across digital and print, partner on brand strategy, own cross-functional projects, evolve creative standards including AI-assisted design, mentor junior designers, and step in as senior creative lead when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level design experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and visual systems
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and strong working knowledge of presentation tools
• Comfort exploring new tools, including Figma and AI-assisted design platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting and defending design decisions
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Coaching approach to feedback, grounded in empathy and clarity
