- • As a Senior Graphic Designer in Learning & Thought Leadership at Pluralsight, you will serve as a Creative Lead shaping the future of learning by transforming complex technical expertise into compelling, high-impact experiences for learners and customers.
- • You will partner with Author Fellows to translate intricate concepts in AI, security, and cloud into clear, compelling learning experiences and executive-ready content, including presentations, motion graphics, illustrations, animations, course artwork, and video thumbnails.
- • You’ll work within a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to advancing technology upskilling through innovative, visually engaging educational content that empowers global tech workforces.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in visual storytelling, motion design, and instructional design while influencing how cutting-edge technology is taught and understood at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in graphic design as well as basic motion design and video editing; portfolio required
- • Minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
- • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- • Familiar with UI/UX design and Figma
- • An understanding of instructional design
- • Ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders and guide conversations effectively
