Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a D2C subscription product funnel, from zero to live, including market research, offer design, copywriting, wireframing, and launch execution.
- • Conduct competitive teardowns of rival funnels to extract structural insights and design superior user experiences that drive higher conversion rates.
- • Define value propositions, pricing hypotheses, and funnel architecture independently, using data to validate assumptions before build.
- • Build and ship high-converting web funnels using AI tools (e.g., Claude or equivalent) to rapidly generate copy variants, UX concepts, and functional prototypes.
- • Create clear, actionable specs for design and engineering teams, owning quality control, tracking implementation, and ensuring launch readiness.
- • Develop acquisition angles, hooks, and messaging for paid social campaigns in close collaboration with the creative team.
- • Translate funnel performance and audience insights into optimized ad creative concepts that improve customer acquisition efficiency.
- • Design and execute an A/B testing roadmap prioritized by expected revenue impact, focusing on CVR and ARPU growth through pricing, flow, and retention mechanics.
- • Analyze drop-off points and friction in user journeys using Mixpanel for funnel and cohort-level reporting, identifying actionable improvements at the event level.
- • Operate with full ownership — no hand-holding — taking funnels from initial concept through production without reliance on external direction.
- • Build repeatable, scalable systems for research, launch, and experimentation to ensure consistent performance across multiple funnels.
- • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to product, creative, data, and leadership stakeholders, grounding all conclusions in data, not intuition.
- • Use AI tooling as a core part of daily workflow to accelerate concept development, copy iteration, and prototype generation.
- • Maintain rigorous analytical discipline: reject effort-based narratives and demand measurable impact from every experiment and decision.
- • Work within CET timezone (±4 hours) to ensure real-time collaboration with the growth squad, Head of Product, creative, and analytics teams.
- • Deliver measurable results: every funnel must show verifiable conversion improvements and revenue impact post-launch.
- • Continuously iterate on funnel performance by feeding insights back into acquisition strategy, creative direction, and product offering.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in growth product management, CRO, or funnel ownership with verifiable conversion results
- • Track record building and launching at least one web funnel from zero to live, with measurable results
- • Competitor research and teardown work that directly shaped a shipped funnel
- • Strong funnel copywriting and offer-development skills — able to write and structure a funnel independently
- • Experience developing acquisition angles or creative concepts for paid social
- • Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel: funnel builds, cohort analysis, and event-level reporting
- • Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, copy, and prototype work
🏖️ Benefits
- • Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance
- • Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days
- • Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge
