Senior Growth Product Manager, Noa Notes (100 remote-friendly within Spain)

📋 Description

• • Own the 0-to-1 transformation of Noa Notes from a sales-led SaaS to a true Product-Led Growth machine. You will design and run the flywheels that let doctors discover, activate, and pay for the AI scribe without ever talking to a human rep.
• • Build and own the full PLG funnel—traffic, onboarding, activation, expansion, and referral—end-to-end. You will instrument every step with the right events, dashboards, and alerts so the team sees impact in real time.
• • Run a weekly experimentation cadence: ship A/B tests, in-product nudges, pricing experiments, and lifecycle emails at high velocity. Expect to launch 3–5 tests per week, kill the losers within 48 hours, and scale the winners to all 13 countries.
• • Translate complex doctor workflows into frictionless self-serve UX. You will sit in on consultations, interview power users, and translate pain points into one-click solutions that feel magical.
• • Evangelize PLG across 400+ Sales & CS reps in 13 countries. You will run enablement sessions, create playbooks, and co-pilot deals so local teams learn how to use product data to prioritize outreach and close bigger, faster deals.
• • Define the North-Star metric (e.g., Weekly Active Dictating Doctors) and break it into input metrics you can move every week. Present these numbers in monthly board-level reviews and defend your roadmap with hard evidence.
• • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Design to carve out 40% of squad capacity for growth bets. You will write one-pagers that are so clear engineers can start coding the same day.
• • Influence pricing & packaging strategy. You will model elasticities, run willingness-to-pay surveys, and roll out country-specific plans that maximize ARR without hurting adoption.
• • Build the referral engine: in-product invites, affiliate programs, and viral loops that turn every happy doctor into three new ones. Target a K-factor >0.4 within 12 months.
• • Create the growth knowledge base—experiment logs, teardowns, and Loom videos—so future PMs ramp in days, not weeks.
• • Champion compliance & trust. Medical data is sacred; you will work with Legal, Security, and Medical Affairs to ensure every growth lever respects GDPR, HIPAA, and local regulations.
• • Report directly to the VP Product with a mandate to “break glass” when bureaucracy slows you down. You will have a quarterly OKR budget you can re-allocate without permission if the data proves a pivot.
• • Ultimately, your success is measured by one thing: 10× growth in active paying doctors within 24 months while improving NPS and retention.
