📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical owner of CodeRabbit’s Salesforce instance, managing end-to-end administration and development including Apex, Flows, custom objects, and integrations.
• Architect and evolve the Salesforce data model to support company-scale growth, paying down technical debt and ensuring data integrity for pipeline reporting, forecasting, and AI-driven use cases.
• Design, prototype, and ship automated GTM workflows across the full revenue stack — including CRM, enrichment, outreach, CPQ/billing, and analytics — using agentic coding tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party GTM tools to eliminate manual processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams into scalable, documented, and repeatable systems that reduce operational friction.
• Partner closely with the Revenue Operations team to align technical implementations with revenue goals, share context, and elevate the technical standards of the GTM tech stack.
• Strengthen validation rules, field-level security, and data hygiene practices to ensure reliability of reporting and AI inputs across the revenue organization.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to rapidly build and iterate on internal tooling and automation, reducing sprint cycles from weeks to hours.
• Act as a technical bridge between engineering and GTM functions, translating business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Document all systems, automations, and integrations thoroughly to enable knowledge sharing and onboarding within the Business Systems function.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the revenue engine and propose system-level solutions that replace manual work with automated, scalable processes.
• Maintain a bias for action while exercising judgment to balance immediate needs with long-term architectural sustainability in a hyper-growth startup environment.
• Communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical GTM leaders and ensure alignment on system priorities and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience as both a Salesforce developer and administrator (Apex, Flows, data modeling, integrations)
• Proven track record scaling and re-architecting a complex Salesforce org as a company grows
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, with a history of using AI to ship workflows the business runs on
• Broad systems and process expertise across the GTM stack, with a strong grasp of how revenue tooling connects end-to-end
• A genuine love for ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, hyper-growth startup; you bring structure to ambiguity
• Strong bias for action, ownership instinct, and the judgment to know when to build for now versus build to scale
