- • The role also encompasses overseeing the development and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) programs designed to enhance employee skills and support career growth. You will champion DEI initiatives, actively working to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees. In collaboration with Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to attracting and retaining top talent that aligns with the evolving needs of the business.
