📋 Description

• As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Brightflag, you will be at the forefront of our customer success initiatives, playing a pivotal role in the successful deployment and adoption of our cutting-edge AI-powered Legal Matter Management and E-Billing software. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise software project management and product knowledge to empower legal departments, driving significant efficiencies and tangible business value for our clients.
• You will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of customer implementations, ensuring each client goes live on the Brightflag platform smoothly, on time, and precisely in line with their unique expectations and strategic objectives. This involves a deep dive into understanding their specific business processes, legal workflows, and technical environments.
• Your ability to expertly juggle multiple complex implementations simultaneously will be critical. You will be responsible for meticulously managing priorities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and skillfully navigating any escalations, all while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and established plans. This requires exceptional organizational and strategic thinking capabilities.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, fostering strong relationships built on expertise and collaboration. By working closely with them, you will gain a profound understanding of their business and technical requirements, translating these insights into a robust system configuration that sets them up for sustained success and long-term value realization.
• A core responsibility will be the optimal configuration of the Brightflag platform. You will translate customer needs and project scope into practical system settings, ensuring the software is tailored to meet their specific legal operations challenges and strategic goals.
• You will develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies. This involves coordinating closely with internal technical resources and client stakeholders to ensure a seamless and accurate transfer of critical data into the Brightflag system, minimizing disruption and maximizing data integrity.
• Collaboration is key to this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to define the critical success factors for each implementation, ensuring alignment between the project team and the ongoing customer relationship.
• You will also be a vital link between our customers and our internal Product and Engineering teams. Your insights into customer feature requests and integration needs will directly influence product development and the seamless integration of Brightflag with other systems within the clients’ existing technology stacks.
• Beyond the initial go-live, you will foster long-term customer success by ensuring their needs are not only met during the implementation phase but are also strategically aligned for continued growth, evolving requirements, and enduring satisfaction with the Brightflag solution.
• This role demands a proactive and consultative approach, where you anticipate client needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure the Brightflag platform becomes an indispensable tool for their legal department's operational excellence.
• You will be instrumental in demonstrating the ROI of Brightflag, showcasing how our AI-powered capabilities can transform legal operations, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Your success will be measured by the timely and successful completion of implementations, high levels of customer satisfaction post-go-live, and the establishment of strong foundations for ongoing client relationships.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies and best practices, sharing your learnings and experiences to elevate the entire Professional Services team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, and managing multiple simultaneous enterprise software projects.
• Experience functioning not only as a project manager but also as a product expert and trusted consultant to clients.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile (Scrum) project management methodologies.
• Understanding of data ETL, data migration tasks, and general software/web technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deadline-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to remote work environments.
• PMP or CAPM certification (Bonus).
• Domain knowledge or expertise in legal management / legal operations (Bonus).
