  • • As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize trust in global commerce and capital markets. You will play a pivotal role within our go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with Customer Success and other GTM teams to ensure our clients achieve maximum value and seamless adoption of our cutting-edge platform. This role is critical in shaping the initial experience for new Fieldguide customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
  • • Reporting directly to the Head of Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to deliver our best-in-class onboarding program, Fieldguide Accelerator. This program is meticulously designed to provide a rapid and impactful return on investment for our clients, and you will be the key architect and executor of this process. Your expertise will guide customers through the entire implementation journey, from the initial sales handoff to the full realization of value.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with our customers. This involves maintaining consistent and proactive engagement throughout all phases of their implementation. You will be their primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed, and that they feel supported and confident in their partnership with Fieldguide.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to guide customer growth by developing bespoke implementation plans. These plans will be tailored to each customer's unique goals and objectives, outlining the specific activities and milestones required to achieve success with Fieldguide. You will conduct regular review sessions during the onboarding process to meticulously track progress, identify any potential roadblocks, and adapt the plan dynamically to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • • Cultivating customer champions is another vital responsibility. You will empower key individuals within customer organizations to become experts in Fieldguide, fostering their knowledge and enthusiasm for the platform. These champions will be instrumental in driving internal adoption and advocating for Fieldguide within their companies.
  • • You will serve as the crucial link between our customers and Fieldguide’s internal teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, and Sales. By deeply understanding customer needs, challenges, and aspirations, you will effectively communicate these insights internally. This advocacy is essential for shaping the product roadmap, refining internal processes, and continuously improving our onboarding methodologies and future iterations.
  • • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to customer success is paramount. You will employ a strategic and decisive approach to anticipate potential challenges, developing and implementing robust action plans to address them before they impact the customer's journey. Your foresight will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted path to value realization.
  • • Measuring and meticulously documenting the value Fieldguide delivers is a key performance indicator. You will be responsible for capturing compelling customer case studies, identifying innovative new use cases, and quantifying success metrics. By tracking customer progress against their adoption roadmap, you will be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate the tangible value our platform provides over time, reinforcing the partnership and driving continued success.
