- • Senior Infrastructure Architect role focused on leading enterprise-level technical architecture and governance for complex customer engagements, serving as a strategic IT advisor and MuleSoft product expert.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic advising to C-level executives, hands-on implementation of infrastructure solutions, delivery and governance oversight, and thought leadership through developing reusable assets and guiding product direction.
- • Part of Salesforce Professional Services’ Missionforce team, working with MuleSoft to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions for large enterprise customers across industries, with a focus on innovation in the agentic AI era.
- • Opportunity to architect and support highly available, secure infrastructure, lead technical teams, influence product roadmap, and drive best practices globally while working at the forefront of AI-driven workforce transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Confidential Information (TS/SCI) clearance with U.S. citizenship required
- • 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure architecture, including 8+ years of hands-on Linux experience (scripting, system administration, performance tuning) and Cloud Computing/traditional data center technologies
- • Extensive practical experience with managed Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS), Helm, Docker, Istio, and proficiency in at least two of: Bash, Go, Python, Ruby, node.js, Rust, Java
