• • Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Twelve Labs Inc. designs and builds core infrastructure to ensure the AI SaaS platform operates stably and scalably, supporting video AI foundation models across cloud and on-premises environments.
• • The role involves designing multi-tenant architectures for global enterprise clients, developing automated CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, building flexible infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises, optimizing cloud infrastructure through advanced monitoring and security systems, and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and researchers to bring AI products to life.
• • Twelve Labs Inc. is a Deep Tech startup with offices in San Francisco and Seoul, recognized for four consecutive years in CB Insights’ Top 100 AI Startups, having raised over $110M from top-tier investors including NVIDIA, NEA, Index Ventures, Databricks, and Snowflake, and uniquely deploying its video-specialized AI models via Amazon Bedrock in Korea.
• • The Infrastructure team believes data determines AI model performance, building end-to-end high-quality data pipelines for multimodal AI training and evaluation, designing learning data to unlock new model capabilities, creating user-experience-reflected evaluation datasets, and developing internal tools to streamline these processes.
