- • Design and maintain comprehensive learning paths, courses, and microlearning modules focused on Workato’s products including Agent Studio, Enterprise MCP, and API Platform.
- • Create high-quality instructional materials such as videos, e-learning modules, documentation, and job aids that translate complex technical concepts like AI agents, knowledge bases, APIs, and data orchestration into accessible, engaging content.
- • Develop scenario-based learning experiences including hands-on labs and real-world simulations for building and managing Genies, configuring skills, and designing data orchestration workflows.
- • Design and implement robust assessments, knowledge checks, and performance-based evaluations to measure learner proficiency and track mastery of Workato’s Orchestrate and Agentic capabilities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align training content with product roadmaps, customer lifecycle stages, and go-to-market strategies.
- • Serve as a trusted partner to subject matter experts to clarify technical requirements and ensure instructional content accurately reflects product functionality and customer needs.
- • Gather and analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously iterate on content, improve learning outcomes, and refine instructional design standards and processes.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and agentic technologies to ensure Workato’s training programs remain innovative and market-leading.
- • Produce digital media assets including simulations, animated videos, and graphics using authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- • Develop and deliver training across multiple modalities including virtual, instructor-led, synchronous, asynchronous, and experiential/hands-on formats for diverse audiences including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- • Contribute to the establishment of best practices in instructional design, content governance, and learning technology adoption within the learning and development function.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing technical learning content for SaaS, automation, or AI products
- • Ability to quickly learn and design learning content around complex technical concepts (AI agents, knowledge bases, APIs, data orchestration)
- • Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe CC, etc.) and multimedia production
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- • Design evaluation mechanisms to capture data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
