- • Join PayNearMe as a Senior Credit Union Integrations Partner Success Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the North American credit union market. This remote position is integral to our credit union sales team, focusing on driving growth through strategic partnerships for our innovative payment and Insights solutions. You will own the entire partner lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting new partners to ensuring their successful onboarding, revenue activation, and sustained growth, all while executing our strategic vision.
- • In the realm of Partner Recruitment & Planning, you will collaborate closely with management to meticulously define the ideal profile for prospective credit union partners. This involves conducting in-depth research and rigorous screening processes to identify, qualify, and secure partners that precisely align with our strategic objectives. Your ability to craft a compelling business proposition will be crucial in gaining commitment from these qualified partners, fostering engagement and ensuring productivity from the outset. A key responsibility before contract finalization will be the development of a comprehensive joint business plan, which will include clearly defined sales targets and mutual success metrics. To ensure a consistent flow of opportunities, you will be tasked with maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospective partners, actively working to meet and exceed established recruitment goals.
- • For Channel Sales & Management, you will orchestrate and lead monthly partner alignment sessions. These critical meetings will serve as a platform to review sales pipelines, conduct thorough win/loss analyses to extract valuable market intelligence, and collaboratively formulate effective account penetration strategies aimed at generating new sales opportunities. You will act as a central point of contact, adeptly engaging relevant internal resources, including direct sales teams, product specialists, and marketing professionals, to provide comprehensive support for partnership objectives and to drive sales opportunities to successful closure.
- • In Partner Enablement & Success, your primary focus will be on driving the seamless onboarding and activation of new credit union partners. This involves a proactive approach to enabling, equipping, and motivating their teams to effectively sell, market, deploy, and support PayNearMe's offerings. You will work closely with top-performing and high-potential partners to co-create ambitious annual joint business plans, detailing specific strategies and actionable activities designed to achieve significant revenue goals. Regular review and assessment of these annual plans will occur during partner-facing quarterly business reviews, where you will analyze progress, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary strategic adjustments to ensure continued success. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital conduit for feedback, providing internal functions such as sales, product, and marketing with actionable insights derived from partner interactions and market trends, helping to refine our tools and programs. You will also actively support field marketing initiatives, which may include representing PayNearMe at trade show booths or delivering impactful sales presentations to potential partners and clients.
- • This role demands a strong analytical capability, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, perform detailed analysis of partner performance data, and accurately track referral and reporting metrics. You will leverage your expertise in the payments partner ecosystem and go-to-market (GTM) models to build and nurture successful joint revenue-generating initiatives. Your ability to influence and collaborate effectively across executive stakeholders, partner sales teams, and technical teams will be paramount. Exceptional business development, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success. You will also demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills, proficiency in tracking and documentation tools, and a proven ability for cross-functional collaboration. A willingness to travel is also a requirement for this dynamic role.
