- • You will lead the end-to-end release management lifecycle, oversee infrastructure health and operations, and provide technical leadership across teams, directly contributing to operational excellence, system resilience, and the seamless delivery of technology services that empower CLEAResult’s energy efficiency initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will own and continuously improve the release management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and low-risk deployments.
- • You will manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient software deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments, reducing manual intervention and increasing deployment frequency.
- • You will define and enforce release readiness criteria, establish clear go/no-go decision gates, and maintain documented rollback procedures to minimize service disruption during releases.
- • You will coordinate release windows and change schedules with stakeholders across departments to align technical deployments with business cycles and minimize disruption to customer-facing services.
- • You will oversee the operational health, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure services, including network, compute, storage, and supporting systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- • You will provide technical guidance to ensure infrastructure meets robustness, resiliency, and capacity requirements for business continuity, especially during peak demand or incident scenarios.
- • You will drive incident response coordination, leading cross-functional efforts to restore services quickly during outages or failures, and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
- • You will identify and implement improvements to infrastructure reliability through automation, enhanced observability tooling, and proactive capacity planning based on usage trends and forecasting.
- • You will provide technical direction and mentorship to operational staff through dotted-line oversight, offering guidance on priorities, skill development, and performance feedback to strengthen team capabilities.
- • You will serve as an escalation point for complex technical or cross-functional issues, leveraging your expertise to resolve challenges that impact multiple teams or systems.
- • You will act as a liaison between IT, engineering, and internal customers, translating business needs into technical priorities and ensuring alignment between release schedules and operational readiness.
- • You will champion process improvements and contribute to the maturation of release and operational practices across the organization, helping to institutionalize best practices in DevOps, ITIL, and change management.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale release engineering and infrastructure operations while developing leadership skills in a matrixed environment, positioning you for advancement into broader technology leadership roles.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape CLEAResult’s technology foundation, directly supporting its mission-driven work in energy efficiency and sustainability, and gaining experience in how technology enables environmental and social impact.
