- • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems to support global operations, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of technology environments.
- • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, managing day-to-day operations including help desk support, network administration, system updates, and vendor management.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align IT strategy with business goals, drive digital transformation initiatives, and improve operational efficiency through technology solutions.
- • Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- • Champion cybersecurity best practices, disaster recovery planning, and data protection measures across all company locations and cloud environments.
- • Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery by implementing ITSM frameworks, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing support processes.
- • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on business operations, recommending and leading adoption of innovative solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- • 5+ years of progressive IT management experience, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organization
- • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and end-user support
- • Strong background in IT service management (ITIL), cybersecurity frameworks, and vendor management
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
