- • Senior IT Operations Engineer responsible for supporting Vanta’s international employees with day-to-day technology needs, ensuring secure and seamless access to tools across time zones.
- • Serve as a regional owner for IT operations in London, managing onboarding, offboarding, access control, asset lifecycle, and macOS device management while improving operational workflows.
- • Partner with People, Security, Workplace, and global Engineering teams to enhance employee technology experience through policy development, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
- • Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge, and driving improvements in IT services aligned with security, usability, and scalability goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience administering SaaS tools such as Google Workspace in growing organizations
- • Solid knowledge of identity and access management best practices, with Okta experience strongly preferred
- • Comfort supporting macOS environments and managing distributed device fleets; Jamf experience is a plus
- • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience collaborating in globally distributed teams with a focus on documentation and shared standards
- • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (3 days per week) in the London office
