- • As a Senior IT Support Engineer at Curriculum Associates, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and operation of end-user computing systems for employees, partners, and stakeholders, directly supporting the company’s mission to improve education through technology.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming support inquiries via ticketing system, email, and phone; troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues; document procedures and knowledge base articles; assist with onboarding/offboarding; apply patches; collaborate with IT Infrastructure on upgrades and security initiatives; and provide technical guidance to the support team.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of over 2,500 lifelong learners at Curriculum Associates, a company dedicated for over 50 years to improving classrooms and serving educators with innovative learning programs like i-Ready that reach a third of the nation’s K–8 students.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT support, gain experience with cross-functional collaboration on system upgrades and security initiatives, develop leadership skills through mentoring and knowledge sharing, and contribute to scalable IT processes that support a growing educational technology organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in IT support services with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC, Mac, and mobile device issues
- • Strong experience supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS environments, including desktop/application troubleshooting and user support
- • Proficiency with helpdesk/ticketing systems, Active Directory administration, MS Office 365, and basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
