• • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• • Drive the adoption and implementation of modern software development methodologies, including Agile SCRUM, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration (CI), to foster a culture of quality and rapid iteration.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to ensure the stability and reliability of our applications.
