- • As a Senior/Lead Product Designer at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end customer journey and defining the user experience across all Pebl products, directly impacting how users interact with the brand and driving product success through thoughtful, research-informed design.
- • Day to day, you will design and develop user-centered solutions from concept to delivery, conduct user research and usability testing, create and maintain design systems and documentation, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, and present designs to senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- • You will join a small, passionate team of product designers who partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver exceptional user experiences, reporting to the Director of Product Design in a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday in Palo Alto, CA.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design, lead initiatives that elevate product quality and consistency, and have the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and tactical execution of Pebl’s product design vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on digital products and services
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
- • Experience with design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles
- • Ability to present work to senior stakeholders regularly
- • Portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
- • Certification in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (nice-to-have)
