  • • The Senior Loyalty Strategist is a strategic consultant for PAR Technology Corporation’s restaurant clients and a key advisor to internal cross-functional teams, driving measurable results in loyalty program design, optimization, and guest engagement strategies.
  • • Day to day, the role involves designing and restructuring loyalty programs, defining KPIs and engagement goals, crafting CRM and SMS campaign strategies, analyzing performance using Excel and Tableau, creating executive presentations, collaborating with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, coordinating with third-party developers, and contributing thought leadership through training, playbooks, and webinars.
