• You will translate ambiguous business requirements into robust, scalable ML solutions, combining deep technical expertise with consulting acumen to lead client engagements, scope projects, and oversee end-to-end delivery while advocating for engineering excellence and best practices in both prototyping and production environments.

• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include interpreting vague requirements and developing models to solve real-world problems; conducting ML experiments using Python and ML libraries; leveraging generative AI to build innovative solutions; optimizing ML systems for performance and scalability; implementing custom ML code tailored to specific client needs; ensuring efficient data flow between databases and backend systems; automating ML workflows via MLOps practices focused on testing, reproducibility, and feature/metadata storage; designing ML architectures using Google Cloud tools and services; and building and deploying production-grade software for ML and data-driven solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technical depth with business understanding, guiding prospects through AI solution discovery and helping them unlock actionable insights from their data.
• The role emphasizes engineering rigor: you will write clean, testable Python code within CI/CD pipelines, apply software engineering fundamentals to ML systems, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready from prototype to deployment.
• You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge GenAI technologies, advanced MLOps tooling, and Google Cloud’s AI ecosystem (including Vertex AI, TensorFlow, and BigQuery), while refining your ability to scale ML workloads using GPUs and distributed computing.
• Through client-facing work, you will develop strong consulting and communication skills, learning how to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and influence decision-making at stakeholder levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably with a consulting background involving client-facing project delivery.
• Proficiency in Python as a backend language, with proven ability to write production-ready code in well-tested CI/CD pipelines and implement ML components via web services or wrappers (e.g., Flask).
• Strong foundation in ML and data science fundamentals, including model optimization, deployment tools, and practices, plus hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and SQL for data querying and management.
