Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Personalization team at DraftKings, you will shape how players experience our products by building real-time, one-to-one personalization at scale, directly impacting engagement, retention, and long-term player value.
• • You will lead end-to-end machine learning initiatives from concept to production, design scalable and reusable ML pipelines, manage CI/CD workflows using MLflow, Jenkins, and GitOps, monitor model performance, and implement retraining and optimization strategies.
• • You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to translate business goals into impactful ML solutions while mentoring engineers and defining best practices for ML system development and deployment.
