• • As a Senior Machine Learning Platform Engineer at Coinbase, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of economic freedom by building and enhancing the foundational infrastructure that powers our machine learning initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing the core components for feature engineering, distributed model training, and efficient model serving, directly impacting critical areas such as fraud detection, user experience personalization, and blockchain analysis.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand the needs of our Machine Learning Engineers, identifying current capabilities and critical gaps within our ML ecosystem. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust and scalable platform solutions.
• • You will act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding junior engineers in best practices for high-quality software development and helping them advance their skills. This mentorship extends to fostering a culture of engineering excellence across the team.
