  • • Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue for Fiddler’s AI Observability platform.
  • • Lead ABM strategy and execution across priority accounts, industry segments, buyer personas, and pipeline goals with precision and scale.
  • • Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns spanning email, paid media, webinars, events, content, digital advertising, SDR activation, executive engagement, and sales plays.
  • • Develop comprehensive account journeys, campaign themes, content plans, messaging frameworks, landing page concepts, sales enablement materials, and follow-up motions.
  • • Leverage AI tools to enhance account research, personalize outreach at scale, repurpose content, conduct messaging tests, perform campaign QA, and analyze performance.
  • • Utilize data, intent signals, firmographic enrichment, engagement metrics, and funnel reporting to refine targeting, optimize orchestration, and improve conversion rates.
  • • Continuously test and optimize messaging, audience segments, channels, offers, content formats, and sales follow-up sequences to maximize ROI.
  • • Partner closely with Sales teams to align campaign execution with pipeline objectives and ensure seamless handoffs between marketing and sales motions.
  • • Act as a modern revenue marketer by combining strategic ABM leadership, operational campaign architecture, growth experimentation, GTM systems fluency, and editorial content judgment.
  • • Build lightweight AI agents, no-code automations, and signal-based selling workflows to increase efficiency and intelligence in GTM processes.
  • • Maintain a hands-on approach to campaign creation and optimization while also shaping high-level strategy and cross-functional alignment.
  • • Work from Fiddler’s Palo Alto office 2–3 days per week, with remote candidates required to be located in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • • Contribute to a rapidly growing early-stage startup at the forefront of AI Observability, helping shape responsible AI adoption across industries.
  • • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to understand AI capabilities and translate technical value into compelling go-to-market narratives.
  • • Use Fiddler’s own platform to monitor, evaluate, and improve AI-driven marketing outcomes, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of building trust into AI.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in ABM, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • • Strong understanding of B2B buying committees, account segmentation, and pipeline creation.
  • • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools including intent data platforms, enrichment tools, sales engagement systems, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
  • • Ability to build AI agents, no-code workflows, and signal-based selling motions to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • • Must be able to work from Fiddler’s Palo Alto office 2–3 days per week; remote candidates must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.
