  • • As a Senior Manager, AI Engineering at ServiceTitan, you will be at the forefront of driving our AI strategy, a critical component for sustaining and accelerating our rapid growth. This role is designed for a visionary leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing AI engineering teams within a product-centric company. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI capabilities, particularly in the realm of conversational interfaces, ensuring that our technological advancements are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and the broader organizational strategy.
  • • You will lead and mentor teams responsible for the entire lifecycle of Conversational AI Agents. This includes everything from the initial ideation and meticulous prompt engineering to the seamless production deployment and rigorous evaluation of these agents. Your leadership will ensure that our AI solutions are not only innovative but also robust and effective in real-world applications.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with Product Management to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI Agents and Chatbots. The focus will be on leveraging these technologies for significant workflow automation, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and improving user experiences across our platform.
  • • You will play a crucial role in educating the wider organization about the capabilities and inherent trade-offs of Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes a deep understanding of factors like latency and cost, and how to strategically manage them to deliver superior customer experiences. Your insights will empower teams to make informed decisions when integrating LLM-powered features.
  • • Overseeing the intricate processes of data curation, knowledge base construction, and the establishment of effective feedback loops is paramount. These elements are foundational for the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring our AI agents have access to accurate and relevant information.
  • • You will be responsible for implementing and scaling robust LLMOps frameworks. These frameworks are essential for the ongoing support, comprehensive evaluation, and secure deployment of our AI agents, ensuring reliability and maintainability in production environments.
  • • A significant part of your technical contribution will involve researching and applying advanced AI techniques. This includes exploring multi-agent systems, mastering function calling capabilities, and leveraging fine-tuning methodologies to continuously enhance the intelligence and performance of our agents.
  • • You will work in close alignment with Engineering and Product leadership to define and execute roadmaps. This collaborative approach will ensure the timely delivery of production-ready agents that meet our high standards for quality and performance.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape is critical. You will be expected to continuously research emerging trends and integrate new architectures and methodologies to advance our organizational goals and maintain our competitive edge.
  • • Beyond technical leadership, you will be tasked with designing and scaling a high-velocity AI Engineering organization. This involves a strong focus on developing leadership within the team, cultivating a positive and innovative organizational culture, and implementing effective global talent acquisition strategies to support our ambitious growth trajectory.
