- • Own the design, operationalization, and optimization of global outbound and pipeline generation workflows for Legora’s BDR organization.
- • Manage routing, assignment, and lead/account management processes to ensure efficient and scalable top-of-funnel operations.
- • Govern sequencing standards and outbound operational protocols across all global regions to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
- • Partner directly with Business Development leadership to align operational infrastructure with sales scaling goals and pipeline targets.
- • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track top-of-funnel performance, conversion rates, productivity, pipeline quality, and sourcing efficiency.
- • Analyze operational bottlenecks and data trends to deliver actionable insights to GTM leadership for decision-making and forecasting.
- • Support capacity planning and pipeline generation forecasting based on operational metrics and team scalability.
- • Optimize the outbound tooling stack including enrichment workflows, automation infrastructure, and AI-enabled prospecting systems.
- • Collaborate with GTM Systems & Data teams to enhance Salesforce architecture, data integrity, and workflow automation for BDR operations.
- • Operationalize AI-driven outbound and prospecting workflows to improve efficiency and scale across global teams.
- • Ensure data quality and governance across all systems used in pipeline generation and BDR activity tracking.
- • Serve as the primary operational partner to Business Development, RevOps, Marketing, and GTM Systems teams to align processes, reporting, and standards.
- • Drive cross-functional initiatives to standardize global outbound workflows and improve tooling adoption and efficiency.
- • Enable scalable pipeline generation during periods of hypergrowth by improving infrastructure, automation, and process clarity.
- • Maintain a focus on operational excellence, low ego collaboration, and high standards in all aspects of pipeline generation operations.
- • Contribute to the strategic evolution of Legora’s GTM engine by identifying opportunities for innovation in outbound systems and analytics.
- • Support the implementation of new tools, automation, and process improvements to enhance BDR productivity and pipeline velocity.
- • Ensure alignment between marketing-sourced leads, BDR activity, and sales outcomes through robust operational frameworks.
- • Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to improve routing efficiency, sequencing effectiveness, and overall pipeline generation scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, Pipeline Generation Operations, or Business Operations
- • Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern outbound tooling ecosystems
- • Experience building and optimizing scalable operational processes
- • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
