🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel
- • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who defines the right problem before analyzing data
- • Owner mindset: takes responsibility for outcomes and acts with initiative beyond defined responsibilities
