- • As a Senior Manager in Business Operations (Payment Integrity) at Devoted Health, you will lead the design and execution of payment integrity initiatives that ensure accurate, timely, and transparent claims payments—building trust with providers and members by eliminating waste, errors, and abuse in the healthcare payment lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will oversee enterprise execution of prepay and postpay workflows, manage audit queue health against SLA targets, monitor KPIs like savings and throughput, translate organizational strategy into operational plans, and drive scalability by integrating LLM-driven automation and AI into workflows while leading continuous improvement through data-rooted problem solving.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare company founded in 2017 that serves older Americans across the U.S. by combining compassion, health insurance, clinical care, service, and technology—where your work directly impacts the integrity of payments that support high-quality care for members.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare financial operations, gain experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and vendors, master the use of AI-enabled workflows without coding, and grow as a strategic operator who can build processes from scratch and pivot with organizational needs—positioning you for broader impact in healthcare operations leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience in high-growth operations, strategy, or healthcare management.
- • Experience working with data-driven or AI-enabled workflows (no coding required) to drive operational impact.
- • Proven ability to drive results across Operations, Product, and Engineering—helping build roadmaps, not just follow them.
- • Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and claims lifecycle, including financial "pipes," even without niche billing expertise.
- • Ability to manage and optimize complex, multi-layered processes across vendors, tools, and teams.
- • Comfort presenting high-level strategy to senior leadership and executing tactical daily work.
