- • Lead and mentor a hybrid team of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts focused on Salesforce and financial systems, fostering a solution-consulting culture that proactively identifies process bottlenecks.
- • Own Product Operations by designing and maintaining prioritization frameworks, impact analysis templates, and standardized SDLC lifecycles for internal products to ensure efficient delivery.
- • Drive the 12-month rolling roadmap, balancing technical debt with high-impact projects through capacity modeling and strategic resource allocation aligned with company priorities.
- • Partner with leadership on budget planning for the tech stack, optimizing spend on licenses, integrations, and consulting while serving as the strategic liaison between senior leadership in Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- • Lead requirements gathering for financial systems expansion and AI adoption, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable functional requirements, process maps, and data-backed user stories on a clean data foundation.
- • Bridge high-level business goals and technical execution to maximize employee efficiency across global teams through transparent communication and expectation management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field with deep focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
- • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems or Product Management.
- • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading Product Managers or Business Systems Analysts.
- • Proven expertise in Product Operations, including roadmapping tools, capacity planning spreadsheets, and ROI-based prioritization frameworks.
- • Experience in budget management and vendor relations within a SaaS or systems environment.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate competing priorities and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
