- • As a Senior Manager, Client Success - Key Accounts Lead at Metergy Solutions, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valuable clients. This pivotal role serves as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the US market, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will collaborate closely with the Director, Client Success, to ensure unparalleled service delivery and drive client satisfaction and retention. While this position does not involve direct people management, you will be expected to lead and mentor other Client Success professionals in their support of these critical accounts, demonstrating leadership through influence and expertise.

- • In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deepen our strategic partnerships with key accounts. This involves understanding their evolving business needs, identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery, and ensuring Metergy's solutions are optimally leveraged to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, conducting regular business reviews, and proactively addressing any challenges or concerns to ensure client success and loyalty.
- • You will act as the internal champion for your key accounts, coordinating with various internal departments – including operations, sales, billing, and technical support – to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of any client issues. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster strong cross-functional collaboration will be crucial for success.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth. This could include upselling additional services, expanding Metergy's footprint within existing client portfolios, or identifying new service lines that align with client needs and Metergy's offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to support renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- • You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts, such as client satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth. Analyzing this data will allow you to identify trends, anticipate potential risks, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them. Your insights will be vital in shaping our client success strategies and improving our overall service offerings.
- • This position requires a proactive and consultative approach. You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to your clients and position Metergy as a thought leader. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of energy management and sustainability.
- • The role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of Metergy's client success processes and best practices. You will share insights and learnings from your key accounts with the broader Client Success team, helping to elevate the performance and capabilities of the entire department. Your leadership through influence will be critical in driving best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
- • This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in our Long Island City, New York office, offering a blend of collaborative in-office work and the flexibility of remote work. You will be joining a passionate, positive, and precise team dedicated to making a significant impact in the energy sector and fostering a sustainable future.
