📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager of Creative Design at Motorola Solutions, you will shape, elevate, and drive the visual narrative of the company’s entire digital ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
• You will define and evolve the digital look and feel by establishing and enforcing a design system, lead creative execution by translating strategy into user-centric designs, mentor a team of designers, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams, advocate for user-centered design using data and feedback, and manage external agencies and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.
• You will join the Customer Experience team, which is dedicated to delivering world-class services and making Motorola Solutions the easiest company to do business with in the industry, within a global organization committed to building technologies that protect people, property, and places to create safer communities worldwide.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in design systems and enterprise-level UX/UI, strengthen your leadership and mentorship capabilities, enhance your ability to communicate design rationale to executives and cross-functional partners, and drive measurable impact on user engagement and business growth through innovative, cohesive digital experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role guiding creative teams
• A robust portfolio showcasing deep understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive web design, mobile applications, and complex digital ecosystems, with enterprise or multi-platform experience preferred
• Deep familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and a strong understanding of how design translates to front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS concepts)
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive digital design systems
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate the 'why' behind design decisions to cross-functional partners and executives
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship not available)
