  • • Maze Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager or Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our demand generation efforts. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a dynamic, growth-stage environment. You will be the architect and engine of our demand generation strategy, responsible for building and running the campaigns that fuel our company's expansion.
  • • This is not a role for someone who views demand generation as merely launching digital advertisements. We are looking for a visionary who understands the entire buyer journey, from the initial point of awareness to the creation of qualified sales pipeline. Your success will hinge on your ability to craft compelling content, develop resonant messaging, and establish effective positioning that captures the attention of our target audience. You will be accountable for the ultimate impact of your campaigns on revenue, not just the volume of activity generated.
  • • You will own demand generation end-to-end, encompassing the entire lifecycle from conceptualization and messaging development through to meticulous execution, conversion optimization, and ultimately, pipeline impact. Your primary objective will be to drive measurable results and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • • A key responsibility will be to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that strategically leverage a diverse mix of channels, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, website optimization, industry events, and emerging platforms. You will ensure intelligent sequencing of these efforts and maintain a consistent, coherent narrative across the entire buyer's journey.
  • • You will play a crucial role in building and refining the positioning and messaging tailored for our key Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments, including those in AppSec, DevOps, and cloud security. This will involve close collaboration with our Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure our value proposition is precisely articulated and resonates deeply before any campaign is launched.
  • • A high creative bar is non-negotiable. You will be responsible for writing sharp, impactful copy, directing design to achieve a premium aesthetic, and ensuring that all marketing output is polished and professional. You understand that a compelling hook is paramount to capturing attention in a crowded market.
  • • We foster a culture of relentless experimentation and rapid learning. You will be empowered to invent new channels and tactics, rigorously test hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions to discontinue underperforming initiatives without hesitation.
  • • You will manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot for campaign management, tracking, and attribution. Leveraging cutting-edge LLMs and AI tooling will be essential to enhance efficiency, improve output quality, and scale your capacity.
  • • Close partnership with the Sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams is vital. You will ensure that campaign-sourced pipeline is not only generated but also well-qualified, meticulously followed up, and accurately tracked through to closed-won revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10 years of B2B growth marketing or demand generation experience, with at least 2 years in a Series A or B environment where you were building, not inheriting, the function.
  • • Proven pipeline impact — you can point to specific campaigns you ran, the pipeline they generated, and what you learned from them. Activity metrics don't impress you; revenue does.
  • • Deep experience in technical B2B markets — ideally cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, AppSec, or adjacent developer/infrastructure tools. You understand the buyer, the buying committee, and how deals get done.
  • • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts — you know what a good hook looks like, you can write one yourself, and you have a library of examples you're proud of.
  • • Owner mentality and operating discipline — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping details, close loops without being chased, and don't wait for direction to get started.
  • • Fluency with AI tools — you actively use LLMs (Claude, Cursor, or similar) to iterate faster, improve output quality, and scale your own capacity.
