- • The Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing role is a critical leadership position within Stryker’s Global Downstream Marketing organization, responsible for leading the Pulmonary Embolism (PE) franchise, including the flagship product Flowtriever, and driving global marketing strategy, launch planning, and market development for current and future products.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and implementing the annual marketing plan using Stryker’s AMP framework, analyzing global VOC insights to identify opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders, assessing and refining value propositions and messaging, executing downstream promotional strategies, partnering with the sales force on product updates and competitive activity, leading and developing a team of two marketers, maintaining expertise in clinical literature and competitive landscape, launching and optimizing market development programs based on data and field feedback, analyzing and reporting on product performance via key metrics, managing KOL relationships for launches and educational initiatives, supporting tradeshow and conference activities, and presenting regularly to senior leadership.
