- • As the Senior Manager, GSI Partners at Camunda, you will be instrumental in driving the company's global partnership growth, taking on a high-impact, player-coach leadership role. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Partners, you will be entrusted with the full ownership and execution of our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) strategy on a worldwide scale.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and nurture a dynamic team of global GSI Managers, cultivating an environment that fosters high performance and consistently achieves and surpasses partner-sourced and partner-involved revenue targets. This leadership extends to mentoring, scaling, and ensuring the team's success in a rapidly evolving market.
- • Beyond team leadership, you will also directly manage two key strategic GSI accounts. This dual responsibility requires a unique ability to balance overarching strategic direction with hands-on engagement, ensuring these critical partnerships thrive and contribute significantly to Camunda's objectives.
- • You will play a pivotal role in translating high-level GSI strategy objectives into actionable regional success plans. This involves working collaboratively with Partner Marketing and Sales teams to dramatically scale Camunda's impact and solidify its market leadership within the designated regions.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to facilitate and maintain a consistent, effective process for partner management. This encompasses the entire lifecycle, from partner acquisition and the development of robust go-to-market plans to conducting thorough quarterly business reviews and executing impactful marketing campaigns. The ultimate goal is to establish predictable and sustainable revenue streams through these strategic alliances.
- • You will be responsible for analyzing and managing territory performance, leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) metrics to gain deep insights into partner effectiveness. This analytical rigor will enable you to deliver clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on partner performance to executive leadership, informing future strategy and resource allocation.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute, a leader who can inspire a team, and a hands-on manager capable of nurturing key client relationships. You will be at the forefront of Camunda's expansion, working with some of the largest and most influential technology partners in the industry.
