📋 Description

• • As a Senior Manager, Patient Journey Optimization in the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit at Edwards Lifesciences, you will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes for those with mitral and tricuspid valve disease by optimizing care pathways and advancing clinical best practices.
• • Day to day, you will partner with heart teams to identify barriers in patient management, deliver targeted recommendations, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement streamlined solutions; provide high-impact clinical education on disease states, treatment options, timing of intervention, and evidence-based practices; lead post-procedural recovery and discharge education to ensure safe transitions of care; build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals through in-person and virtual engagement; collaborate on developing high-quality HCP education materials; and manage timelines and deliverables to align with strategic objectives.
