  • • As a Senior Manager, Product Design at Netomi AI Inc., you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the design vision for our groundbreaking agentic AI platform. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping the user experience of cutting-edge AI-centric features that are transforming customer experience for the world's largest global brands, including industry leaders like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United.
  • • You will lead the charge in defining and executing the design strategy for our no-code platform, ensuring it remains intuitive, powerful, and scalable for enterprise-level deployment. Your work will directly influence the platform's ability to deliver the fastest time to market, lowest total cost of ownership, and simple, scalable management of AI agents across any CX use case.
  • • A core responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive user research, employing a variety of methodologies including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. This deep understanding of user needs and behaviors will be the foundation for your design decisions.
  • • You will translate research findings and product requirements into tangible design artifacts, including detailed sitemaps, intuitive wireframes, and interactive prototypes. These deliverables will serve as the blueprint for our Engineering team, ensuring a clear and actionable path to building a world-class product.
  • • Your impact will extend across the entire Netomi platform, influencing its overall design and functionality. You will be instrumental in iterating on existing features and developing new ones to guarantee an exceptional and seamless user experience for our diverse customer base.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success. This integrated approach ensures that design decisions are aligned with business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer needs, fostering a cohesive and high-performing product development lifecycle.
  • • You will champion design thinking principles throughout the organization, advocating for user-centered design practices and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
