Senior Manager, Product Design

📋 Description

• • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.
• • Contribute directly to high-priority design initiatives through hands-on design work, creative direction, design reviews, prototyping, and executive-level presentations.
• • Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and consistent brand expression across all channels.
• • Lead the visual refresh of the Binance.US product experience, evolving the design system, patterns, and best practices to deliver a modern, cohesive, and scalable user experience.
• • Lead hiring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and professional development for the design organization, including setting performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback, and managing performance improvement plans when necessary.
• • Drive end-to-end product design outcomes at scale, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, while prioritizing continuous improvement.
• • Ensure design strategies align with U.S. consumer expectations, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market dynamics for a regulated cryptocurrency platform.
• • Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and brand storytelling that drive business growth and customer trust.
• • Maintain alignment with Binance.US’s compliance framework and mission to create a more inclusive financial system through Web3 technologies.
• • Uphold company values of integrity, collaboration, customer-first mindset, ownership, and adaptability in all design decisions and team interactions.
• • Support the evolution of the design system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and consistency across all customer touchpoints on the Binance.US platform.
• • Represent the Product Design team in cross-functional strategic planning and executive communications, translating design vision into business outcomes.
• • Balance strategic leadership responsibilities with active, hands-on participation in key design projects to maintain design quality and team credibility.
• • Promote a remote-first, cameras-on culture with work-from-home equipment reimbursements available to new hires.
• • Ensure design practices support the company’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and compliance with federal, state, and local fair employment practices.
