- ⢠Lead the UX vision, strategy, and execution for Iron Mountainās InSight DXP, a flagship AI-powered Digital Experience Platform, ensuring design priorities align with the Global Platform & Technology organizationās strategic goals and the broader Digital Business transformation.
- ⢠Drive the evolution of product design by defining AI-first interaction patterns for users engaging with generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, accessible, and enterprise-grade user experiences.
- ⢠Architect and scale enterprise design systems that eliminate design drift, enforce accessibility standards, and support consistent, modern user patterns across a high-volume, global SaaS platform operating in regulated industries.
- ⢠Establish and maintain an effective operating cadence for the design team, aligning with agile sprints to accelerate time-to-market while ensuring transparency and accountability across cross-functional product, engineering, and leadership initiatives.
- ⢠Partner closely with Platform leadership, including the VP of Platform Engineering, to influence prioritization, advocate for user-centered decisions, and bridge user needs with business ROI through high-impact executive communications and narratives.
- ⢠Mentor and enable design leadership by identifying organizational gaps, resolving execution bottlenecks, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a high-intensity, platform-led environment.
- ⢠Contribute to Iron Mountainās mission of sustainable information management by helping enterprises unlock the value of their data through responsible, innovative, and user-centric digital solutions that serve 95% of the Fortune 1000.
- ⢠Grow as a strategic design leader in a transforming organization, shaping the future of AI-integrated enterprise platforms while advancing expertise in systemic design, AI ethics, and scalable UX operations within a global, compliance-focused context.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠12+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- ⢠Proven track record in āAI-Firstā design, specifically creating intuitive interfaces for generative AI, LLMs, or agentic workflows.
- ⢠Experience building and scaling design systems within an Agile framework to support a high-volume, global user base.
- ⢠Ability to understand how low-code/no-code architectures and metadata frameworks impact user experience in fast-paced technological landscapes.
- ⢠Experience in industries with heavy compliance and governance requirements, such as Banking, Government, or Healthcare.
- ⢠Proficiency in Figma for real-time, side-by-side collaboration with marketing, brand, and cross-functional teams.
- ⢠Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
