- • As a Senior Manager, Relationship Marketing Strategy at Merkle (part of Dentsu Aegis Network), you will lead the development of strategic omni-channel marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes for Fortune 1000 clients and leading nonprofits.
- • Day to day, you will act as a subject matter expert in 1st party data marketing and CRM, translating emerging technologies and trends into actionable marketing strategies, while collaborating with account management, analytics, creative, and operations teams to turn ideas into executable plans.
- • You will join a team of experienced marketers within Merkle, a global performance marketing agency with over 30 years of expertise in data-driven, technology-enabled customer experiences, where your role is to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business goals and solving complex relationship marketing challenges.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data-driven marketing strategy, strengthen your ability to influence cross-functional teams, and grow as a strategic partner who identifies growth opportunities and delivers client value through innovative, analytics-backed solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, specifically in CRM, email, and online/offline media
- • 3+ years of experience working in an agency or consulting firm
- • Proficiency in Excel (maintaining complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- • Experience with Braze (advantageous)
- • Comfort working in a matrixed organization with significant autonomy and latitude
