Senior Manager, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• • As Senior Manager, Security Engineering at FullStory, you will lead a team of application and cloud security engineers to enable secure software development and cloud infrastructure across the organization, ensuring engineering teams can build and maintain secure technologies with minimal friction through established 'paved roads' and automation.
• • Day to day, you will lead and mentor a team of security engineers, collaborate with Security GRC and Legal partners to support business outcomes, create automated secure-engineering practices, manage third-party security vendor relationships and investments, lead incident response investigations with external firms, and advise product and engineering leaders on security strategy and risk management for cross-business initiatives.

• • In this role, you will build strong stakeholder relationships across Engineering, GRC, Legal, and Product, own and execute the quarterly security roadmap, define measurable goals against the team’s maturity model, and establish effective partnerships with security vendors to drive continuous improvement in the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) and overall security program maturity within six months.
