This pivotal role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team of 5-7 Customer Activation Managers (CAMs), each dedicated to guiding approximately 4-6 intricate implementations concurrently. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of excellence, driving efficient product onboarding, and maximizing customer value realization within our Large Account and Enterprise portfolio.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop, refine, and standardize best practices for customer implementation and activation. This includes creating robust playbooks, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance team output and efficiency. You will be the architect of success for our enterprise clients, ensuring they not only adopt Ramp but also fully leverage its capabilities to achieve significant time and cost savings.
  • • You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day management of your CAMs, overseeing their activities and performance against key metrics. This includes ensuring the team consistently exceeds product onboarding and spend activation goals, while simultaneously maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT). Your ability to coach, mentor, and develop your direct reports will be crucial to their success and the overall performance of the team.

This data-driven approach will enable you to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and drive efficiency. Regular reporting on team performance and forecasting to senior leadership will be a key deliverable, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • • Representing the Customer Activation team in cross-functional forums is essential. You will engage with leaders from other departments, advocating for your team's needs, sharing insights, and collaborating on initiatives that impact the enterprise customer experience. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders will be paramount.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact Ramp's trajectory by shaping the customer success and onboarding motion for our most valuable clients. You will be instrumental in building and refining the processes and strategies that define the enterprise customer experience at Ramp, contributing directly to our mission of transforming how businesses manage their finances.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that our enterprise clients achieve tangible benefits from using Ramp, such as significant time savings and cost reductions, by driving deep product adoption and maximizing the utilization of our integrated financial operations platform. This includes overseeing the successful implementation of core features like corporate cards, vendor management, procurement, travel booking, and automated bookkeeping, all enhanced by Ramp's built-in intelligence.
  • • Your leadership will directly influence the adoption of AI-powered features within our enterprise client base, aligning with Ramp's vision of AI as the new foundation for business operations. You will guide your team in demonstrating the advanced capabilities of Ramp's platform and how they can be leveraged to optimize financial workflows and drive strategic decision-making for our clients.
