- • As a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations at AgileBits Inc. (1Password), you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our rapid growth trajectory, which has seen us surpass $400M in ARR and earn a consistent spot on the Forbes Cloud 100. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on leading and overseeing strategic initiatives and operational functions that are vital to our continued success and market leadership in cybersecurity.
- • You will be instrumental in shaping and executing high-impact projects, collaborating closely with senior leadership across the organization. Your expertise in strategic thinking and project management will be essential in guiding cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results that align with and exceed our ambitious business objectives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive strategic and operational plans. This involves optimizing efficiency across all departments, strengthening cross-functional execution capabilities, and ensuring that our business operations are seamlessly aligned with the overarching organizational priorities and mission of unleashing employee productivity without compromising security.
- • You will lead and influence diverse cross-functional teams, driving the execution of key strategic initiatives from conception to completion. 🎯 Requirements
- • 7-9+ years of experience in strategic operations and/or program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, coupled with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence, collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- • Demonstrated growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, a knack for solving ambiguous problems, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a can-do attitude.
- • Previous experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with Tech and Security environments are considered a significant asset.
- • Comfort working with structured data, systems thinking, and lightweight technical concepts (e.g., data models, dashboards, automation tools) to support scalable program design, with a demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools.
