- • As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Pavago, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of daily executive operations, marketing initiatives, content coordination, and program administration. This role is designed for a highly organized and results-oriented individual who excels in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion across executive support and marketing systems.
- • This is a hands-on position focused on consistent execution, organized implementation, and the flawless functioning of marketing, content, communication, and administrative workflows. You will be the linchpin that keeps our operational and marketing engines running smoothly and efficiently.
- • **Core Executive & Operational Support:** You will provide essential day-to-day administrative coordination, meticulously managing calendar organization, scheduling, and communication workflows. Your ability to maintain structured project tracking sheets and ensure diligent task follow-through will be critical. A key aspect of this role involves proactively identifying workflow gaps and flagging inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
- • **Marketing Execution & Social Media Management:** Take ownership of creating, designing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across key social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as relevant community groups. You will be responsible for managing community engagement, responding to direct messages, and fostering interaction. Tracking engagement metrics and maintaining organized performance reports will be a core responsibility. Furthermore, you will assist in monitoring and setting up advertising campaigns for various programs and events, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- • **Content Creation & Program Materials:** Edit and produce compelling short-form video content and graphics that align perfectly with our brand messaging and strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for formatting and organizing essential program documents such as scripts, guides, workbooks, and cheat sheets, ensuring they are professional and user-friendly. Maintaining brand consistency and high-quality content presentation across all platforms is paramount.
- • **Email Marketing & CRM Management:** Leverage your expertise to build and manage sophisticated email workflows using GoHighLevel. You will execute targeted outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups for both prospects and program participants. Maintaining clean CRM records and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking are vital for our sales and engagement efforts.
- • **Program & Membership Administration:** Organize digital program materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. You will track member progress and provide crucial support for participant communication, fostering a positive and engaging member experience. Troubleshooting minor technical issues within our online platforms will also fall under your purview, ensuring a smooth user journey.
- • **Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support:** Conduct thorough research to build detailed Ideal Client Profiles and prospect lists, informing our outreach strategies. You will actively support lead generation initiatives and outreach campaigns, contributing directly to business growth. Assisting with minor website updates and account setups will also be part of your responsibilities. Compiling comprehensive reports and findings will be essential to support informed decision-making.
- • **Communication & Administrative Coordination:** Maintain clear, professional, and effective written communication in all interactions. You will manage inbox organization, prioritizing urgent matters with precision. Ensuring that all documentation and shared files are meticulously organized and readily accessible is crucial for team efficiency.
