- • As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Pavago, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of daily executive operations, marketing initiatives, content coordination, and program administration. This is a dynamic, hands-on role designed for an individual who excels in structured yet entrepreneurial settings, possesses an exceptional eye for detail, and demonstrates unwavering ownership of follow-through across critical executive support and marketing systems.
- • This position is fundamentally about consistent, high-quality execution and organized implementation. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that marketing, content, communication, and administrative workflows operate efficiently and accurately from the outset, rather than on strategic marketing leadership.
- • You will own the core executive and operational support functions, including managing day-to-day administrative coordination, meticulously organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and streamlining communication workflows. A key responsibility will be maintaining structured project tracking sheets and diligently ensuring task follow-through, proactively identifying workflow gaps and flagging inefficiencies to optimize operational performance.
- • In marketing execution and social media management, you will be responsible for creating, designing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as within relevant community groups. You will actively manage engagement, respond to direct messages, and foster community interaction. Tracking engagement metrics and maintaining organized performance reports will be crucial for demonstrating impact and informing future strategies.
- • Furthermore, you will assist in monitoring and setting up advertising campaigns for various programs and events, ensuring effective reach and engagement.
- • Your role extends to content creation and program materials, where you will edit and produce compelling short-form video content and graphics that align perfectly with our brand messaging. You will also be tasked with formatting and organizing essential program documents, including scripts, guides, workbooks, and cheat sheets, ensuring consistency in branding and content presentation across all platforms.
- • For email marketing and CRM management, you will build and manage sophisticated email workflows using GoHighLevel, executing outreach campaigns and timely follow-ups for both prospects and participants. Maintaining clean CRM records and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking are vital for sales and marketing effectiveness.
- • In program and membership administration, you will organize digital program materials, manage updates, and track member progress. You will also play a key role in supporting participant communication and troubleshooting minor technical issues within our online platforms to ensure a smooth user experience.
- • Your responsibilities will also encompass research, lead generation, and digital support. This includes conducting thorough research to build Ideal Client Profiles and prospect lists, supporting lead generation initiatives, and assisting with minor website updates and account setups. Compiling comprehensive reports and findings will be essential to support strategic decision-making.
- • Finally, you will be a central point for communication and administrative coordination, maintaining clear, professional written communication, expertly organizing inbox management, and prioritizing urgent matters. Ensuring all documentation and shared files remain structured, accessible, and up-to-date is paramount to operational efficiency.
- • Success in this role will be measured by consistent and timely social media content execution, meticulously organized and up-to-date CRM and email workflows, high engagement and responsive community management, zero missed follow-ups in lead or participant communication, well-organized program materials and digital assets, and strong leadership confidence in your operational reliability and support capabilities.
