- • Senior Marketing Designer - Web & Performance at Elastic, Inc. (Close) is a pivotal role driving growth through conversion-focused creative that directly impacts revenue and market visibility for a bootstrapped, profitable SaaS company with over 10,000 customers and double-digit growth.
- • You will own the end-to-end design and performance of landing pages, paid ad creative, website experiences, and lifecycle assets, using data to iterate rapidly and ensure every design decision ties to measurable outcomes like conversion rate, CPC-to-LP, and scroll depth.
- • Close is a 100% remote, ~100-person team built on values of transparency, long-term thinking, and investing in people, where your creative work will be a competitive advantage in a crowded market and directly contribute to helping small businesses succeed at sales.
- • In this role, you’ll evolve brand systems, raise the creative bar across all customer-facing touchpoints, collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Content teams, and gain ownership of creative vision in a high-impact, fast-shipping environment where data and craft are equally valued.
- • You’ll ship weekly variants, test and optimize conversion funnels, design for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads, create email and onboarding sequences, and use AI-assisted workflows to increase velocity without sacrificing quality—all while defending design choices with both visual conviction and performance metrics.
- • Over time, you’ll build scalable design systems, influence creative direction, and see your work directly activate and retain customers, turning creative into a measurable growth engine for a company that believes in discipline, honesty, and striving for greatness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years of experience owning growth or marketing surfaces at a SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) company
- • Proven ability to design conversion-driven landing pages, paid ad creative (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and lifecycle assets with measurable performance results
- • Strong visual conviction and taste, with experience evolving brand guidelines and defending design decisions using both craft and data
- • Comfort with rapid experimentation, shipping weekly variants, and using data (CVR, CPC-to-LP, scroll depth) to guide iterations
- • Proficiency with AI-assisted creative workflows to increase output and speed without compromising quality
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with Growth, Product, Product Marketing, and Content teams as a true creative partner
