- • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels with end-to-end ownership from brief to reporting
- • Own and drive social media strategy across organic and paid platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and maximizing audience engagement
- • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok with a focus on ROI and performance metrics
- • Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to generate actionable insights and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives
- • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines with precision, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within allocated resources
- • Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to maintain market relevance
- • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing touchpoints while adapting messaging for diverse audience segments
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to coordinate with global teams in US time zones (EST–PST)
- • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations
- • Ensure all marketing activities align with broader business objectives and contribute directly to measurable growth outcomes
- • Manage vendor relationships and external agencies as needed to support campaign execution and creative production
- • Maintain strict accountability for marketing spend, ensuring optimal allocation across channels based on performance data
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while maintaining high-quality output
- • Record and submit a video application as a mandatory part of the hiring process; failure to do so disqualifies the application
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with end-to-end ownership of campaigns
- • Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management
- • Hands-on paid media experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and reporting on ROI
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strategic, brand-aware approach
- • Prior remote work experience with fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana) and proven success working with US or UK-based companies
