- • As a Senior Product Designer at TheFork, you will envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical, transforming opportunities into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use experiences for diners across Europe.
- • You will explore and discover the right problems to solve, develop user-centric design solutions, identify and build innovative experiences, bridge design and development through front-end understanding, conduct user research, create user journey maps and usability tests, collaborate with product managers and developers, help shape the design system, present work clearly, and improve team consistency and best practices.
- • TheFork is part of the Tripadvisor Group and the leading restaurant booking platform in Europe, operating in 11 countries with a people-first culture grounded in respect, ownership, growth, and collaboration, where you’ll work alongside international teams passionate about food, technology, and impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in user-centered design, strengthen collaboration across product and engineering teams, influence product strategy, contribute to a scalable design system, and grow your impact in a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment focused on redefining dining experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience working as a Product Designer
- • Proficiency with Figma
- • Strong communication skills to build relationships, influence, and facilitate idea sharing with tact and diplomacy
- • Commitment to quality, including clarity, interaction quality, accessibility, and visual consistency
- • Learning mindset and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- • Experience collaborating with UX researchers, product managers, marketers, engineers, and QA specialists
