• • In this position, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated ML/AI models and pipelines that address complex challenges across various business domains, including Product, Clinical Operations, and Commercial strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in creating data-driven products and generating actionable insights that enhance patient care, optimize operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
• • You will architect and lead the entire lifecycle of ML/AI projects, from initial conception and training to fine-tuning, rigorous experimentation, and seamless deployment into production environments. A key aspect of this role involves establishing and upholding technical standards for ML/AI development within the team, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.
• • A significant responsibility will be the design and ownership of robust CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for ML/AI workflows. This includes implementing automated testing protocols, sophisticated model versioning strategies, and ensuring continuous delivery of models to production, thereby maintaining the integrity and performance of our AI systems.
• • You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable and reliable ML/AI infrastructure, primarily leveraging leading cloud platforms. This involves ensuring that our systems can handle growing data volumes and computational demands efficiently and cost-effectively.
