📋 Description

• • As a Senior ML Research Engineer on the Marengo team at Twelve Labs Inc., you will drive the research and development of multimodal embedding models that power video understanding AI used by global clients including major sports leagues, broadcast networks, and security operations centers.
• • You will design and execute experiments to improve model quality across architecture, training methodology, data composition, and evaluation; build and optimize large-scale distributed training pipelines; develop data curation and quality assessment systems at scale; conduct ablation studies; implement rigorous evaluation frameworks; and collaborate with search/serving teams to ensure model improvements translate to real-world retrieval gains.
