📋 Description

• Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) role focused on building Lenda, Lendable’s new brand in Mexico, developing a consumer credit card product as part of international expansion.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering high-quality features in the React Native mobile application, evolving a clean and scalable frontend codebase, collaborating with backend engineers on API contracts, contributing to broader frontend needs, and partnering with product stakeholders to implement impactful improvements.
• Join a small, cross-functional team with a startup mindset operating within one of Europe’s most successful and profitable fintechs, currently iterating rapidly after a closed beta launch in preparation for full public release in Mexico.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of recent versions of TypeScript
• Commercial experience with cross-platform mobile development using React Native and modern web development with React/NextJS
• Experience with current automated testing approaches and a pragmatic approach to implementing and improving the testing pyramid
• Ability to leverage AI development tooling (e.g., Copilots) to accelerate delivery with strong engineering judgment
• Product mindset: comfortable working with product owners to break down requirements and estimate implementation complexity
• B2 (Intermediate) level written and spoken English for effective communication in an English-speaking team environment
